Responsibilities

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist you will work in a fast‑paced distribution environment, picking, packing, and shipping the right parts for valued customers. You may start in one area and move to other tasks as needed, contributing to the company’s success as a vital team member.

• Maintain a safety‑first environment by following safety procedures.
• Pick, pack, put away, receive, and load parts while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct warehouse locations.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to complete daily orders; performance is measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed.

Pay

Encompass operates on a pay‑for‑performance model; base pay is supplemented by production bonuses where applicable.
