About the role

The Warehouse Associate, Senior plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and mentoring less experienced team members. This position requires a strong foundation in foundational skills such as math, reading, and writing, along with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Cook up order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness.
  • Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols.
  • Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.

Requirements

  • No diploma required; Strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
