About the role

Join our team supporting distribution services in the US, with a focus on warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.
• Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.
• Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Preparing dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction processing.
• Reviewing routine exceptions such as deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.
• Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
• Ability to process routine operational activities, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external contacts.

Skills

• Understanding of loss prevention, material handling, and operational controls.
• Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives within established procedures.

Pay

Salary range: $43,400 - $67,980, varies by location.
