Our team is dedicated, innovative, and constantly striving to improve every day. Overview We are seeking seasonal Warehouse Shipping Associates to support our fast-paced distribution operation! Our hourly rate starts at $18 per hour, then $18.50 after 6 months, and $19 after 12 months! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient shipping and receiving processes, supporting order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth warehouse distribution. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Duties Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)Load and unload trucks efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and loaders while adhering to safety protocolsStock shelves and organize inventory through proper stocking techniques, ensuring products are stored safely and accessiblyConduct order picking with precision to meet customer demands and delivery deadlinesEnsure all shipments are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit, following packaging standards for e-commerce ordersAssist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities to maintain accurate stock levelsSupport shipping & receiving functions by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against documentation and resolving discrepancies promptlyOperate reach trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts safely to move large quantities of stock within the warehouseMaintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to safety guidelines and best practices for warehouse cleanliness Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferredExperience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment; forklift certification is a plusProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or MRPs is highly desirableStrong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantitiesKnowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processesAbility to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment safelyExcellent attention to detail for order picking & packing accuracyGood communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay for our Team MembersSuperior, industry-best Total Rewards programPaid time offExemplary health benefits through BCBS401k plan with a dedicated financial advisorFinancial education program, and top pay for our Team Members.
