About the role
A Seasonal Warehouse Associate ensures goods are received, stocked, picked, packed, shipped, and returned accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and unload materials from delivery trucks
- Track inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and update records to maintain accurate stock levels
- Fulfill orders by picking and packing items according to customer requirements or organizational standards
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible
- Apply value-added services (barcodes, polybags, stickers, hangers, etc.) accurately per client packing guidelines
- Inspect products for defects or damages and report issues to supervisors
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensure proper documentation, and load materials onto delivery vehicles
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and report maintenance issues
- Follow company policies related to safety, security, and quality
- Resolve day-to-day warehouse issues quickly and adapt to shifting priorities
- Support the team with additional tasks as required
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience is desired
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse data systems (WMS) is desired
- Comfortable using scanners and computers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime as business needs dictate

Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs; occasionally lift over 30 lbs with team support
- Stand and walk for extended periods, including stair climbing
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling to retrieve and stock products at various heights
- May climb ladders or stairs to access higher shelves
- Perform repetitive tasks (packing, sorting, labeling) efficiently
- Tolerate temperature fluctuations in the facility
- Work in high-noise environments (speakers, fans, moving racks, conveyor belts)
Pay
The expected hourly rate for this position is $16.22 - $17.22 per hour.

If the assignment extends beyond 90 days, you become eligible for partial benefits, such as NJ sick time.
