Warehouse Associate/Rooftop Loader

About the role

Join Team MBS, a family‑owned Midwest building products distributor with 27 locations and nearly 400,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. The Warehouse Associate/Rooftop Loader supports rooftop deliveries, fills customer orders, and maintains the warehouse and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist rooftop deliveries by stocking residential roofs with shingles using a crane or conveyor.
• Fill customer orders.
• Load and unload heavy materials.
• Perform general warehouse work, including maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and facilities.

Qualifications

• Career‑oriented with initiative, ambition, and a strong desire to learn the business.
• Willing and able to get on rooftops to load and move materials.
• Capable of physical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Periodic Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM during peak business season.
