Warehouse Associate - Receiving Department

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations within a distribution environment, focusing on maintaining quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitor temperature-sensitive materials to ensure proper storage and shipment conditions.Update inventory records, warehouse transactions, and shipment documentation for traceability.Identify and handle damaged, on-hold, or non-conforming materials following established procedures.Coordinate material movement using warehouse equipment to support safe workflows.Prepare packaging and shipment areas to facilitate timely outbound shipments.Escalate handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; experience in warehouse support or distribution preferred.Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, temperature-controlled handling, and shipment documentation.Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow standardized procedures.Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, and task management skills.Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials and multi-task efficiently.
