Warehouse Associate - Pick and Pack

This role supports the handling and distribution of temperature-sensitive materials within a warehouse environment, primarily serving animal health markets. It involves monitoring storage conditions, updating inventory and shipment records, and managing materials through approved warehouse equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Include Monitoring temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.Maintaining accurate warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.Identifying and routing damaged or non-conforming materials.Supporting material movement and packaging for outbound shipments.Escalating handling or inventory issues for timely resolution. Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or inventory control.Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and cold chain handling.Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and operate warehouse equipment safely.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
