Warehouse Associate - Pasco

About the Role

North Coast Electric is a leading electrical distributor operating across Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, and Washington. As part of the Sonepar group, the Warehouse Associate supports warehouse cleanliness, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and other duties that help bring electricity to offices, homes, factories, and other buildings.

Shift

3 AM – 12 PM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Accurately fill and check customer orders.
• Ship and receive products.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Stock shelves.
• Cut wire.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to learn handheld scanners and operating systems.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50 + lb).
• Use of forklifts and stock pickers.
• Warehouse environment.
• Usual 40‑hour work week Monday‑Friday; occasional evening or weekend hours based on business needs.
• Regular and reliable on‑site attendance required.

Additional Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of pre‑employment requirements (background check, drug screening, credit check, motor vehicle record review as permitted by law).

Pay

Non‑exempt position eligible for overtime. $20.00 – $21.97 per hour, depending on experience.
