Warehouse Associate - Part Time

This Warehouse Associate position is stationed at our warehouse in West Valley, Salt Lake City, Utah, and plays a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring medical equipment asset details are properly recorded, and maintaining the expected listing push rate.

Responsibilities

• Accurately catalog and maintain records of assets.
• Develop detailed and appealing listings for assets, ensuring accurate descriptions and photos (15–20 listings per day when assigned).
• Assist with unloading and organizing inventory.
• Facilitate customer pickups and ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage packaging and shipping requests efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with regular recycling runs to dispose of materials properly.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to safely handle, move, and lift medical equipment weighing up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques, team lifting, and/or material handling equipment as appropriate.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License (required).

Work Environment

This role is performed in a warehouse setting and involves a combination of physical and administrative tasks. Regular activities include standing, walking, bending, twisting, and light lifting of materials, including moving items weighing up to 100 pounds using team lifting and/or material handling equipment when appropriate. The position also requires routine use of a computer for recordkeeping and inventory management. Schedule

• Shift: 5 days a week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM.
• Expected hours: 25 per week.
• Job Type: Part-time with the possibility of full-time in the future.
