Warehouse Associate - Order Selectors

About the role

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve product, stack orders for delivery, and monitor inventory levels within the warehouse.
• Direct, stock, select, and replenish products.
• Retrieve product in accordance with printed customer orders and pack products.
• Restock order selection zones as necessary and consolidate merchandise.
• Stack orders securely according to sequence of delivery route.
• Apply shipping ID labels to products and complete paperwork related to the inventory process.
• Maintain an orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Record materials and inventory levels.
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• 6+ months of Electric Pallet experience.
• Able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60-90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
• Able to get certified in forklift operation and Electrical-Pallet Jack.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay

Earn between $20 - $33/hr on piece pay (after training). Training pay is $18/hr for up to 2 weeks.

Schedule

• Training schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 PM start time.
• After training: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 PM until finished.
