The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a key role in driving our operational efforts in the Restaurant Technology business, working on-site at our HQ warehouse to manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, and logistics coordination with over 20 cities, ensuring a world-class post-sales experience for our merchants.
Responsibilities
- Shipping: picking, packing, and fulfilling orders using WMS and multiple shipping software
- Receiving: cycle counting, accepting, checking, and recording incoming goods from suppliers before storage
- Pre-setting equipment before it is stocked into inventory
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse by resetting stations, disposing of garbage/recycling, and returning inventory to designated locations
- Handling materials with care to prevent damage and ensure safety within the warehouse
- Creating RMA labels and checking returned equipment back into inventory
- Communicating with different departments regarding shipping orders and receiving RMAs
Requirements
- 0–3 years of warehouse or operational experience, including fulfillment, picking, packing, labeling, cycle counting, and operating pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks (forklift experience not required)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Familiarity with the Google interface preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Clear communication with different stakeholders
- Ability to learn technical aspects of POS-related hardware and software
- Flexibility to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using inventory management systems to track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Regularly lift, move, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- On-site position located in the Chicago Chinatown area

Pay
Hourly pay is $20 to $23.
