Responsibilities
- Provide service to customers entering the warehouse.
- Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
- Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.
- Perform minor building maintenance when necessary.
- Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
- Allocate and move material to its correct place and always ensure an orderly warehouse.
- Maintain packing specifications, and make suitable skids/pallets, etc.
- Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use proper lifting techniques.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and clothing.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.

- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or training.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping, and manipulation.
- Occasional operation of forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day.
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying approximately 100 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures.
- Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned.
Pay
The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. Base: $19.00–21.00 per hour.
