Physical requirements

• Consistently/Frequently – Stand, walk, lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, climb stairs, stoop/bend, reach, grasp on stand‑up forklift, move items/boxes, feel with hands/fingers.
• Occasionally – Sit on sit‑down forklift.
• Environmental – Occasionally exposed to loud noises/machinery.
• Other qualities – Consistently/Frequently: see (vision), hear, ability to read and write, interpret information, basic math, reading and writing in English.
• Occasionally – Simple problem solving (incorrect inventory or placement in bins) and simple decision making (quality of materials, dirty, damaged – acceptable for production).

Responsibilities

• Operate material‑handling equipment safely and transport material throughout the warehouse.
• Support drying and blending processes by restocking supplies, removing empty pallets, drums, and trash as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure proper care of equipment while adhering to cGMP standards.
• Identify and help implement process improvements, productivity, quality, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Perform bag‑off operation/finished totes duties: remove finished bulk totes from the bag‑off conveyor, weigh, palletize, shrink‑wrap, apply and scan yellow ICC (inventory control cards), and move to proper storage bins.
• Enter finished goods into SAP using transaction MB31, print and apply yellow ICC cards in sequential order.
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly warehouse cleaning tasks in compliance with cGMP standards; complete decontamination form DFO‑3103 accurately and promptly.
• Support shipping/receiving activities, including unloading/loading trucks and processing FedEx and UPS packages.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Computer literacy; preferred experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using RF scanners and barcode technology.
• Ability to follow standard work and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory control experience (cycle counting, electronic warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving).
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Current Perrigo PIE license or ability to qualify within 7 days of hire.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills, knowledge of weights and measures, basic mechanical ability, and reading/comprehension skills.
• Continuous improvement methodology experience preferred.
• Must meet all locally defined training requirements.
