Warehouse Associate - Nights

About the role

This position supports distribution services in a warehouse environment, primarily handling tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging, and shipping customer orders
• Inspecting merchandise
• Stock organization
• Using RF devices
• Entering data into systems
• Managing returns
• Conducting inventory counts
• Operating motorized equipment like forklifts or reach trucks
• May assist in training new staff
• Handle controlled substances in specialized environments

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Ability to read English
• Perform basic math
• Maintain organized, clean work areas
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to operate power equipment safely
• Handle physical tasks
• Certification for equipment operation or hazmat may be necessary
• Detail-oriented, team player, able to work with minimal supervision, committed to safety standards
• Flexibility to work overtime and participate in physical inventories is essential
