Work Shift and Hours
Monday - Friday, 7:00pm - 4:00am
Compensation Details
The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Key Outcomes
Outbound Order Accuracy & Fulfillment: Accurate pulling, verifying, and staging of orders; complete and accurate shipping documentation; final physical check for discrepancies.
Shipping Documentation & Compliance: Generation and verification of bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery confirmations; clear and prompt documentation of exceptions; accurate records in the warehouse management system.
Inventory Integrity at the Dock: Accurate picking and returns; reporting of recurring errors or bin location discrepancies; maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying and addressing workflow friction, recurring errors, or staging inefficiencies; cross-training on receiving and warehouse floor functions.
What Success Looks Like
Outbound orders leave the dock accurately every shift.
Will-call orders are staged and ready before customers arrive.
Shipping exceptions are documented and communicated promptly.
The shipping area is organized, hazards are addressed, and equipment is maintained.
You have surfaced at least one meaningful improvement in your first 90 days.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred; motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
Forklift or pallet jack certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and standard computer tools (Excel, email) preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.
Successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements.
