Key Outcomes
Outbound Order Accuracy & Fulfillment: Complete and accurate shipping documentation, final physical checks, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Shipping Documentation & Compliance: Generation and verification of bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery confirmations; clear and prompt documentation of exceptions.
Inventoried Integrity at the Dock: Immediate return of mis-picks, over-pulls, and damaged products; reporting of recurring pick errors or bin location discrepancies.
Continuous Improvement: Identification and implementation of workflow improvements, cross-training on receiving and warehouse floor functions.
What Success Looks Like After 90 Days
Outbound orders leave the dock accurately every shift.
Will-call orders are staged and ready before customers arrive.
Shipping exceptions are documented and communicated promptly.
The shipping area is organized, hazards are addressed, and equipment is maintained.
You have surfaced at least one meaningful improvement in your first 90 days.
The Warehouse Manager trusts that every order that left the dock today left correctly.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred; motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
Forklift or pallet jack certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and standard computer tools (Excel, Word, email) preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.
Ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements.
Compensation Details
The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance, prescription drug coverage, paid vacation and personal time, and a 401(k) with employer match. Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 2:30am.
