Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

Role Overview

This position supports distribution services in a fast-paced warehouse environment, primarily handling order fulfillment, including stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and product integrity.
• Verify received products against documents, noting damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in warehouse/distribution operations and operating RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled setting, read and understand English, and perform manual tasks repetitively.
• Dependability, punctuality, and motivation are essential.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
