Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

Role Overview

This position supports distribution services in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Performing daily cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
• Using equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintaining a clean work environment to ensure safety and product integrity.
• Verifying received products against documentation and noting damages.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in warehouse or distribution operations and operating RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled setting, read and understand English, and perform manual, repetitive tasks.
• Dependability, punctuality, and motivation to meet performance standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
