About the role
Join a dynamic distribution team supporting health-related services through order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations.
Responsibilities
- Stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
- Performing daily cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
- Using equipment to track and verify products for distribution.
- Maintaining a clean work environment to ensure safety and product integrity.
- Verifying received products against documentation and noting damages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a climate‑controlled environment, read and understand English, and perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Dependability, punctuality, and motivation are essential.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk significant distances.
Skills
- Warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanning equipment are preferred.
- Motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in a fast‑paced setting.
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
Pay
Starting pay at $21.50, with potential up to $27.07 based on performance and incentives.
