Warehouse Associate - Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the role

Under direct supervision, this position performs document-management and warehouse tasks while adhering to all Occupational Health & Safety regulations, federal/state transportation laws, and company policies. The role involves operating company equipment and vehicles with care and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes
• Pull access lists
• Refile boxes/files
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction
• Perform bay consolidations
• Operate a picker forklift or other company equipment, including pre-use safety checks (battery, brakes, lift controls, fire extinguisher)
• Safely pull, load, and move boxes in assigned areas
• Perform warehouse maintenance
• Make pickups and deliveries
• Conduct vehicle maintenance
• Return equipment to charging stations at the end of each day and prepare for overnight charging
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and clean background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Problem-solving skills to address process issues
• Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills
• Ability to work under time constraints and productivity requirements
• Willingness to follow established procedures while offering improvement suggestions
• Ability to use handheld computers, electric pickers, vans, and bob trucks
• Flexibility to accept varying work hours and assignments
• Willingness to work overtime

• Dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment safely
