Warehouse Associate - Monday - Friday - 3pm - 8pm

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work‑related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, note and report discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience

• Able to work in a climate‑controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard‑working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Willingness to work the listed shift hours and overtime (mandatory in most distribution centers to enable real‑time delivery).
• Ability to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently.

Skills and Knowledge

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb repetitively; product weight and size vary.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Pay

Salary Range: $37,752 – $56,650 (national average; actual range may vary by locale, with certain states up to 10 % lower than the minimum or 12 % higher than the maximum).

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 3 pm – 8 pm. Overtime may be required.
