Warehouse Associate (Monday - Friday 7AM - 5:30PM)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety‑first environment by following safety procedures.
• Pick, pack, put away, receive, and load parts while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Work with the warehouse team to complete daily orders, and performance will be measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed daily.

Requirements

• Love exercising – walking a few miles a day, bending down, reaching overhead and lifting/carrying boxes is enjoyable.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or operating a handheld scanner (computer nerd).
• Reliable and enthusiastic team player, eager to help when needed.
• Take pride in accuracy and speed to get the job done right.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Great communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $16.50 – $17.71, based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay‑for‑performance company; some roles offer a production bonus depending on performance.

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
