Warehouse Associate - Mid Shift

About the Role

Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains accurate operational records, processes routine and moderately complex tasks within established guidelines, and addresses operational exceptions to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials to preserve quality during storage and shipment.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials per handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment for safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging and shipment areas to support outbound activities.
• Escalates handling or inventory issues for timely resolution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, temperature-sensitive handling, and shipment documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and support timely order fulfillment.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Pay

Salary range is $34,000 - $62,370, with variations by location.
