Warehouse Associate - Mid Shift

Responsibilities

• Monitoring temperature-sensitive materials to ensure proper storage and shipment conditions.
• Maintaining accurate warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifying and routing damaged or non-conforming materials according to procedures.
• Coordinating material movements using warehouse equipment to support efficient operations.
• Preparing packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities.
• Escalating handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; supply chain certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control.

Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and temperature-sensitive handling.
• Proficiency in shipment documentation, recordkeeping, and equipment use.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accuracy, and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to safety, exception identification, and supporting timely order fulfillment.
