Warehouse Associate - Mid Shift

Responsibilities

Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains accurate operational records, manages transaction accuracy, and adheres to workflow procedures across transportation, storage, and shipment activities. Handles routine and moderate requirements within established guidelines, addresses operational exceptions, and contributes to process improvements to enhance visibility and efficiency. Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve required conditions. Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability. Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials per handling procedures. Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment to support safe, efficient flow. Prepares packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities. Escalates handling or inventory issues for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, temperature-sensitive handling, and shipment documentation.

Skills

• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and support timely order fulfillment.
• Skills in handling exceptions, managing multiple tasks, and working with temperature-sensitive materials.

Pay

Salary range is $34,000 - $62,370.
