Position Summary

Essential Functions

• Complete customer orders and prepare for trailers, ensuring accuracy each time.
• Load and unload trailers in a timely manner in accordance with the Labor Management System.
• Verify all in and outbound loads are the correct size/quantity/product are received and shipped according to bill of lading.
• Follow structured shipping and receiving process.
• Load orders according with delivery documents.
• Receive and put away products in an accurate and efficient manner while staying within compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Dispose of waste materials and by-products.
• Communicate potential problems or issues with leads and/or supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; required
• Experience: Warehouse Management System (WMS). 1-year forklift experience; a plus, not required
• Skills: Physical Demands: Lift/Carry - 10 lbs. or less, Push/Pull - 10 lbs. or less, Stand - 10 lbs. or less, Walk - 10 lbs. or less, Sit - 10 lbs. or less, Manually Manipulate - 10 lbs. or less, Reach Outward - 10 lbs. or less, Reach Above Shoulder - 10 lbs. or less, Climb - 10 lbs. or less, Crawl - 10 lbs. or less, Squat or Kneel - 10 lbs. or less, Bend - 10 lbs. or less, Other Physical Requirements: Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth) Sense of Sound - normal, Work Environment: A warehouse environment in a refrigerated atmosphere.
