Accountabilities
- Receiving: Reviews product for accuracy to purchase order, inspects for damage, records lot/date codes, and compares product attributes to packing slips.
- Pulling/Picking: Selects appropriate product, verifies part numbers, quantities, and formats, and records lot/date codes on pick slips. Handles and packs product with appropriate packaging and generates barcodes.
- Shipping: Ships product through the XTG system, ensuring order accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Stocking: Manages stock, inventory control, and associated records. Performs cycle counts as required.
- Cycle Counting: Accurately pulls and counts parts per cycle count sheets, as required.
- XTG Distribution: Ensures XTG meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery within the areas of assigned responsibility. Meets and exceeds established quality goals in relation to errors and productivity goals as defined by Management.
- Other Measurements of Attitude/Teamwork: Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented attitude and approach toward all work assignments. Contributes to the ongoing success of the entire Operations team by willingly accepting and embracing “other tasks and duties as assigned” along with willingness to help the department as a whole.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in receiving, picking, and shipping preferred.

- Good mathematical abilities.

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word and Outlook.
- Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
- Able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to twist, stoop, squat, bend and reach on a frequent basis.
- Able to sit, stand, climb ladders and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to arrive on time to work scheduled hours and complete assigned tasks.
- Available to work overtime on weekdays and weekends as required.
