Warehouse Associate - Loose Freight Handler

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate - Loose Freight Handler, you will process customer orders by breaking down pallets, stacking products, transporting completed pallets with a pallet jack or forklift, verifying label accuracy, inspecting inbound and outbound orders for damage, and using a voice‑based sorting system to build and wrap pallets for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by manually breaking down pallets, stacking product onto pallets, and transporting completed pallets with the use of a pallet jack or forklift.
• Confirm orders contain the correct number of products for shipment.
• Review and verify label information by comparing the label on the product to its contents and placing the label in the appropriate area on the product.
• Inspect inbound and outbound customer orders for damages.
• Work with a voice‑based sorting system to place customer orders on a pallet in the sequence directed by the system.
• Wrap completed pallets to prepare them for loading onto trailers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of a 10‑ or 12‑hour shift.

Schedule
