Warehouse Associate - Lebanon, IN

Do you want a hands-on role that keeps you active while supporting customer deliveries and warehouse operations? Kirby Risk is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lebanon, IN. In this role, you'll be the heart of our warehouse operations, helping ensure materials are received, stored, picked, and delivered accurately and efficiently. This is more than a warehouse job—it's an opportunity to play a vital role in helping our customers get the products they need, when they need them.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies that need to be reported to management
• Accurately enter receiving information into the warehouse management system
• Process returns and assist with freight claims as needed
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in accordance with company policy to maintain inventory integrity
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders and branch transfers
• Move materials to designated warehouse locations using established processes
• Operate with a safety-first/operational efficiency mindset to guarantee the warehouse is well maintained, shelves are stocked, organized, and products are displayed properly
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders up to 15 feet
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Experience operating a multi-directional forklift and/or handling, loading, and unloading 20ft bundles of pipe is a plus
• Experience using Warehouse Management Software is preferred and Auto Desk Construction Cloud is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 7am-4pm with overtime as needed
