Warehouse Associate - Indianapolis, IN

Core Functions Of This Role

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
• Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls
• Consolidate product to maximize space utilization
• Repackage and/or relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns
• Stock received merchandise and/or movement of stock items
• Clean the workspace as you for and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe and accident free
• Answer phone calls and follow-up on orders, shortages and/or mistakes.

• Must have proficient math skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 50lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop and climb repetitively throughout the day

Work Environment

• The work environment is moderately quiet to moderately noisy.
• Temperature is moderated by heat in the winter and air conditioning or air circulation methods in the summer.

What Winning Looks Like

• Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1+ years’ warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Forklifts
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Pallet Jacks
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Reach Trucks
