Warehouse Associate II (SERC Repack)
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide which sections to create.
Potential sections:
- About the role (includes Who We Are, Where You’ll Work, About The Role description). Could be multiple paragraphs.
- Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Requirements (maybe combine Key Competencies and Skills/Experience and Physical Demands). Could be split into Requirements and Skills but we prefer few sections.
- Schedule (the schedule info).
We could also have Qualifications separate but not needed.
Let's craft:
About the role
... combine Who We Are, Where You’ll Work, About The Role.
Responsibilities
... list items from What You’ll Do and also maybe include Key Competencies? But those are competencies not duties. Could be part of Requirements.
Better: Responsibilities = What You’ll Do list.
Requirements
We can include Key Competencies, Skills/Experience, Physical Demands.
We need to use - for any list. For prose like "Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods." that's a list item.
Thus we can make a single

But we need to preserve all info; we can group them but still list each.
Let's extract each bullet:
Key Competencies:
