Warehouse Associate- Repack

What it's like to be a Repack Worker

As a Repackaging Worker, you will work approximately 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Your schedule will begin as early as 7 a.m. on Mondays and at 9 a.m. from Tuesday to Friday. The pay rate is $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Repackaging damaged products
• Sorting items by package type
• Preparing cardboard boxes
• Managing recycling efforts
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Following company policies and supplier guidelines

Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary
• Willing to learn and follow supervisor directives
• Demonstrate efficiency and adaptability in a warehouse environment
• Capable of safely operating forklifts after receiving training and authorization from Fabiano Brothers
• Show a strong commitment to working safely and effectively
• Able to repetitively stack, move, and sort products weighing more than 50 lbs
• Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment (typically 60-64 degrees) with some outdoor exposure
• Able to listen to and read work orders to identify items for moving, collecting, distributing, and shipping
• A high school diploma or GED is required
