DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick orders according to bay locations, procuring correct quantity and type of component, according to production jobs.
- Utilize pick labels, pick sheets, and voice picking equipment as necessary to pick orders.
- Replenish inventory in bay locations manually or using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Operate equipment as assigned, which may include lift trucks, order pickers, SA`s, electric or manual pallet jacks, stretch wrap machines, hand-held RF terminals, and radios.
- Assist in physical inventory counts of components as required.
- Inspect cases of components / boxes to ensure that damaged or otherwise defective cases are not received / shipped.
- Report on problems to department supervision immediately.
- Meet established productivity standards.
- Complete department paperwork as required.
- Keep work area neat, clean, organized, and under control.
- Always observe safety rules and report unsafe conditions to department supervisor.
- Responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance with all company procedures and policies.
- May require operating powered equipment including any or all the following: Forklift (Stand up / Sit-Down), Order picker, Tugger, Turret Truck, pallet jack, electric pallet jack. May require climbing ladder.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
- May require operating other equipment as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Forklift Certification is required.

- The associate will be exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
