About the role

The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is part of an exciting and diverse team. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, helping to build America's skyline and contributing to your own future.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures accuracy.
• Works inside the warehouse or outside in the yard, lifting and carrying materials up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Preferred qualifications include forklift experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and Spanish language proficiency.

Pay

Pay Range: $19.40 - $25.80 per hour

This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
