Warehouse Associate II - 2nd Shift (M-F - 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Essential Responsibilities

  • Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory.
  • Operates hand trucks or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures.
  • May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database.
  • Operates hand trucks or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures.
  • Performs physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts.
  • Picks parts/products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.
  • Physically and systemically receive/issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments.
  • Create and/or maintain transactional inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity.
  • Communicate/notify appropriate personnel of shipping/inventory discrepancies.
  • Fills kits and deliver to production as required.
  • Maintain stocking/inventory objectives.
  • Quantifies and verifies cycle count.
  • Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
  • Perform warehouse distribution duties in compliance with current GDP as per annual GDP Training and local procedures' (Core Imaging Only).

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent/local GED.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language (English).
  • Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Ability to communicate well and work with others.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Consistently lift 35 lbs. alone, anything over 35 lbs. requires assistance.

Desired Characteristics

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in storing and material handling.
  • Basic knowledge of quality and inventory control.
  • Oracle and eDHR experience preferred.
