Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift (M - F, 11 am to 8 pm cst)

About the Role

A Warehouse Associate supports the efficient operation of our warehouse facility through receiving, storing, and distributing products, accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and prior to shipment.
• Package all products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Routinely stack and unstack products, and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Assist in organizing and stocking received products in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and time-efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines, including proper PPE use.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High level of accuracy in reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Ability to work independently and alongside team members daily.
• Track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stooping, and computer work.
• Must meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
