About the role

As a Warehouse Associate focused on the picking and packing of customer orders, you’ll be an essential part of bringing book fair magic to life and ensuring timely shipments to our customers. You’ll be responsible for picking and packing fixtures, fulfilling daily orders, counting inventory, loading and unloading trucks, moving products, and processing returns safely. The role offers high visibility and a positive impact on literacy worldwide. Growth opportunities exist as we are a startup anticipating robust business growth year over year.

Requirements

• High School Graduate/GED
• Detail Oriented
• Highly Organized
• Able to Count and Speak English
• Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Mobility and Standing: This position requires the ability to remain standing and moving throughout the entirety of the shift.
• Lifting Requirements: The role involves occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility and Dexterity: Regular activities include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $16/hr. To be equitable, Literati has a non-negotiation policy and offers transparent compensation. When making an offer, we provide options so employees can choose between compensation packages, prioritizing salary or equity.

Schedule

Full-Time Position
7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
