Warehouse Associate I

Join a dynamic distribution team supporting healthcare services in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order fulfillment by stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Utilize equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work environment to ensure product safety and prevent injuries.
• Verify received products against documentation and note damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.
• Comfortable working in a climate‑controlled environment.
• Strong reading and understanding of English.
• Capable of working in a fast‑paced setting while meeting standards.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks, lift up to 50 lb, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
• Standing for long periods required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay at $19.00, with potential up to $20.48 based on performance, shift differentials, and bonuses.
