Warehouse Associate I

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming products.
• Pick and fill orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Pack and ship orders, verifying all components are accounted for and correct for the customer.
• Read customer order notes and fulfill any special requirements.
• Unload freight and check in product.
• Stock parts in the proper location and maintain stock and shipping supplies.
• Assist in counting physical inventory and perform inventory audits as needed.
• Notify Department Lead or Supervisor of stock shelf issues, defective materials/product, shortages, or questionable conditions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
• Follow all safety rules.

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Similar job experience preferred.
• RF handheld experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, including reading, writing, and verbal interactions, required for safety protocols and operational procedures.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand and walk on level surfaces for prolonged periods.
• Frequently required to talk and hear; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. 70% of the day and up to 65 lbs. 30% of the day.

Working Conditions

Non-climate-controlled warehouse.
