About the role

The Warehouse Associate I position at Protective Industrial Products (PIP) in Olive Branch, MS, is part of the North America Operations team. This role involves performing a variety of manual and automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product.

Responsibilities

• Performing tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storing, and delivering products.
• Cleaning aisles and keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
• Ensuring correct order fulfillment by applying unit measurements to customer specifications and inspecting shipments.
• Picking products neatly, cutting boxes according to specifications, and building pallets with orders.
• Communicating with production teammates and providing feedback professionally.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in operating an electric pallet jack and RF scan gun.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in picking or material handling, is preferred.
