About the Role
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for work orders, shipping orders and requisitions, receiving, storing, packaging and distributing aircraft parts and ground support equipment (GSE).
- Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications
- Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory
- Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications
- Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications
- Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
- Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program
- Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards
- Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior experience is required; on-the-job training provided
- Eager to learn and follow instructions with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic verbal and written communication skills to report issues and follow directives
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures under supervision
Qualifications & Skills
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required
- ITAR requirement 120.15
Special Requirements
- Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
