About the role

This entry-level position in our Shrewsbury Parts Department is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in the transportation industry. After gaining skills and knowledge in the warehouse, you can choose a career path in parts, sales, or service. The Warehouse Associate role will help you learn sales and service from the ground up, with earning potential increasing as you develop your knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory
  • Record and disperse inbound product
  • Pull and stage all outbound orders and/or shipments
  • Work successfully in a team
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail

Requirements

  • Entry level – no experience required
  • Able to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Able to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows required
  • Data entry skills
  • Must have a valid State driver’s license
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail

All candidates must pass a CORI check, criminal background check, and MVR check.

Pay

Hourly pay: $18.00 – $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime pay rate: time and a half.
