Warehouse Associate – Growth Opportunity to Lead / Assistant Supervisor

About the role

Royal Apparel is a leading supplier and manufacturer of premium blank apparel, proudly serving customers across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate ready to grow into a leadership role, with a path to Lead, Warehouse Assistant Supervisor, and eventually Warehouse Supervisor. Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Help train and support new team members.
• Work alongside warehouse leadership to improve workflow and productivity.
• Lead by example through a strong work eth, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Leadership experience or experience training others is a plus.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Good computer skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge is a MUST; familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
