Warehouse Associate - General Labor
About the role
As a General Laborer, you’ll help achieve and exceed production requirements by hand‑sorting materials such as wooden pallets, boxes, and plastic bins. You will also hand‑stack materials appropriately, load and unload materials by hand into trailers, move materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility, check loads to ensure they are secure, examine products to verify conformance to quality standards, and maintain a clean & safe working environment. The position is located in Carrollton, GA, 30117. Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America, providing end‑to‑end pallet solutions from supply to retrieval, on‑site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. Responsibilities
- Hand‑sort materials of all kinds (wooden pallets, boxes, plastic bins)
- Hand‑stack materials appropriately
- Load and unload materials by hand into trailers
- Move materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Check loads to ensure they are secure
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Maintain a clean & safe working environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Ability to work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, elements, air particulate)
- Repetitively lift up to 50‑75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required (eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision
Pay
Hourly Pay $17.00/hr – $17.50/hr.
Schedule
Shift(s): Monday‑Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am; Friday‑Sunday 5:00 am – 5:30 pm; Thursday‑Sunday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am.
