Warehouse Associate - General Labor

About the role

As a General Laborer in Wilton, NY, you’ll help achieve and exceed production requirements by hand‑sorting materials such as wooden pallets, boxes, and plastic bins. Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America, providing end‑to‑end pallet solutions from supply to retrieval, on‑site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials.

Responsibilities

• Hand‑sort materials of all kinds (wooden pallets, boxes, plastic bins)
• Hand stack materials appropriately
• Load and unload materials by hand into trailers
• Move materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Check loads to ensure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work overtime as necessary
• Ability to work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, elements, air particulate)
• Repetitively lift 50‑75 pounds and adjust body position (bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, stand) for entire shifts
• Use required personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Possess close, distance, and color vision abilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• High degree of attention to prevent injury to others
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Pay

Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Shifts: 2nd Shift – Tuesday‑Friday, 3:00 PM‑2:00 AM; 4th Shift – Saturday‑Monday, 6:00 PM‑6:00 AM
