Warehouse Associate - Full Case Selectors (All shifts)

About the role

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve product in accordance with printed customer orders and pack products.
• Direct, stock, select, and replenish products; restock order selection zones and consolidate merchandise.
• Stack orders securely according to sequence of delivery route and apply shipping ID labels.
• Complete paperwork related to inventory process and maintain orderly workstation.
• Return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations; record materials and inventory levels.
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing between 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Ability to get certified in forklift operation and Electrical-Pallet Jack operation.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay

$22.75 – $30.00/hr.

Schedule

Up to $30/hr with incentive on Sun/Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri; off Tue/Sat; shifts starting at 2PM.
