Warehouse Associate - Order Selector Full Case

About the Role
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. This role involves moving and tracking all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse, including offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products.
This is an active and physical role requiring standing for the entire shift and the ability to lift, push, or pull cases weighing between 32 and 50 pounds repetitively. Full case order selectors typically pick between 1,200–1,400 cases per shift.
Responsibilities
- Receives all inbound merchandise and locates the proper pick location.
- Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare the warehouse for order selection.
- Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail in all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other assigned areas.
- Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location and consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
- Packs products securely in cartons and totes, ensuring application of shipping ID and marking cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
- Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
- Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
- Records the number of materials or items received or distributed.
- Performs end-of-shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintains an orderly workstation and returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines. Reports any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 6+ months of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Must have electric pallet jack experience.
- Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.
- Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
- Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
Pay
Pay range of $18.50–$23.00 per hour, based on production, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
Sunday–Thursday, starting at 1:45 PM until finish.
