Warehouse Associate- Fulfillment Center

About the role

This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving products throughout the facility while ensuring inventory is handled safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks
• Sort and repack items by category or destination
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage
• Place products accurately in designated warehouse or shelf locations
• Review packing slips, count inventory, and report missing or damaged items
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Absorb other fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment and be dependable for the quality of work produced
• Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, punctual attendance and a strong work ethic
• Basic English reading and writing skills to understand labels and instructions
• Basic math skills to count and verify inventory
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
