8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
About the role
Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include tweezers, fingernail and toenail cutters, and similar items. Equipment used includes computers and RF scanners. Roles support distribution across the US.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred
- Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including operation and maintenance (e.g., changing batteries, recognizing mechanical issues) – intermediate level required
- May be required to operate manual and/or automated warehouse/manufacturing equipment (e.g., packaging line) – intermediate level preferred
- Powered industrial truck certification
- Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, and policies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to input data into WMS computer systems
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and self-driven to excel
- Capable of multitasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices

Responsibilities
- Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers
- Ensure all scanning is completed correctly
- Train dock employees on new procedures
- Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate and resolve scanning issues and housekeeping
- Perform picking and packing duties
- Check for evidence of product or container damage
- Perform assigned tasks as described in location policies and procedures, including handling materials with associated logical transactions
- Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required
- Participate in workgroup and team activities for self-improvement and to enhance warehouse operations
- Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area
- Perform other duties as assigned
